Fourheads

So, is the above (a) a publicity shot from the stage adaptation of The Usual Suspects (b) four (one current, three previous) Heads of Physics and Astronomy at UCL.

If your answer was (b), well done. This week is a bit of a Physics and Astronomy focus week for our 200th birthday celebrations. Or “Natural Philosophy and Astronomy” as the department was when UCL was founded.

Yesterday included some great talks from alumni — including the director of RAL Space and the former editor-in-chief of Good Housekeeping — exhibits, a variety show and a drinks reception at which this picture was taken. There are more events, open to the public, happening over the rest of the week. If you are around London why not pop in?

If your answer was (a), I am Keyser Soze.
